Revolting Rhymes part 1

Today's audiobook is the first part of three installments reading Roald Dahl's "Revolting Rhymes". In this podcast I read aloud the tales of Cinderella and Jack and the Beanstalk. Just so you know there is a tiny bit of bad language (more rude than sweary) around the 7.20-7.25 mark if you want to filter or miss out. I'm just reading what's on the page!!!!
Poem one starts straight after the intro music, poem 2 starts at 8.30

Next week I will upload part two of the "Revolting Rhymes" trilogy with "Snow White and the seven dwarves" and "Goldilocks and the three bears".

A Dancer's Tale

Today's audiobook is "A Dancer's Tale" -  the real life story of Phyllis Spira, a.South African ballerina told in rhyme. This, and many other tales, can be found at the very brilliant storyweaver website which contains many different multicultural tales on numerous topics for all levels of reader.

The next 3 podcasts will come as a series as I read aloud the brilliant (if not rather macabre and grotesque) "Revolting Rhymes" by Roald Dahl.
